The exceptional service and the attention to detail! The room itself was well-stocked and good-sized with a really comfy bed, a good variety of choice, for instance provided. Convenient central location very close to the restaurants and beach, before the 8 breakfast time, and the sea, shops and pubs.

The breakfast was sensational, for specific diets and the staff was very very helpful. The room was stocked and a nice size with great shower, and I truly enjoyed it. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, close to the town centre and all the tourist attractions, and the shops and harbour, the beach was a short walk from the venue.

I had perfect 10/10 experience and will be back. I really enjoyed to be here, everything was very good. The breakfast was absolutely superb and excellent for specific diets with fab food. The room was well-equipped and well stocked with nice bathroom, teas/coffees, as for instance, at least for me.

The hotel had a magnificent and absolutely perfect location a minute walk from Whitby Walks. What's more, it was very close to harbour area, England and easy to get to whale bones, pavilion and other attractions.
